It is the mission of Football “U” to enhance the skills and heighten the knowledge of athletes in the game of football. It is through customized instructions designed to embrace the full abilities of participates as players and citizens with the intention of excelling each individual to a high level of performance on the football field and in the community.

Played in all 11 games at strong safety for the Kansas State Wildcats, including 9 starts as a senior…was the first Wildcat to crack the double-figure mark in tackles with a career-high and team leading 11 tackles against Colorado...finished career with 62 tackles, 9 PBU’s, 6 sacks, 5 interceptions…returning two for touchdowns

Earned first team all-league, all-metro and all-state honors in 1996... Super Prep All-American... Two-position All-North District pick at DB & WR by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch... Honorable mention All-USA by USA Today... First team All-Big 12 Region selection by Prep Star... Had 45 tackles, six interceptions, three caused fumbles and nine pass breakups in 1996... Had 23 receptions for 630 yards (27.4 avg.) and 12 touchdowns... Eric Moore


At Florida State: An All-America and All-ACC candidate as a senior in 2004...the Seminoles' top returning pass rusher who could emerge as one of the best in the country...returns to his starting position at right end for the second consecutive year...had an impressive junior campaign with 7.5 sacks and 21 unassisted tackles...recorded an interception in the 2004 Orange Bowl...earned the Matt Schmauch Academic Commit-ment Award following spring drills in March...earned second team All-ACC honors last year and should be one of the conference's top defensive players in 2004.

Corey Lewis

Herbert Hoover- Alumni

Corey emerged as one of the area's best players as a freshman at Pattonville High School when he was the first freshman to start on the football team. He was later named to the Sububurn North's All Conference team for the rest of his high school career. After high school Lewis was awarded an Athletic Scholarship to play football at then one of the nations top 10 Div IAA programs Eastern Illinois University. Once again Lewis emerged when he played in all 11 games and started 3 as a true freshman. Lewis red-shirted as a sophomore do to a solder injury during that spring. Lewis came back in the fall of his red-shirt sophomore year where he earned a starting position at safety, and started the next 35 games for the Panthers. Lewis ended his college career with 4th ranked 10-2 Panthers with over 250 takles, 5 sacks and 7 int's. After playing college ball Lewis couldn't leave the game so he became the graduate assistant on the defensive side of the ball for the Panthers where he coached the safety's and ran the defensive scout team. Lewis later moved to Houston and started coaching high school football at Worthing High School where he helped multiple kids earn the opportunity to play college football. Lewis later decided that he wanted to get back to coaching on the college level and started coaching at Independence Community College, in the Jayhawk JCCA which is arguably one of the nations top JCCA conferences. While at Indy CC Lewis coached the nations top DB Allen Patrick that later went on to play at Oklahoma, and 4 other DBs that went on to play Div I football. After his stint at Indy Lewis move on to coach on the defensive side of the ball at Missouri Western State University. Do to his many contacts from coaching in the Jayhawk, Lewis has been a contact person about St. Louis and Houston's area's football talent for multiple universities over the past few years.


Robert Franklin
Played at Mehlville High School. Totaled 26 tackles, four sacks, and five tackles for loss in just four games; missed remainder of senior season with injuries ... On offense, caught eight passes for 163 yards and one touchdown at tight end ... Made 13 solo tackles in 1994 Missouri state championship game ... Rated as the No. 1 linebacker prospect in the Big 8 region by BlueChip Magazine ... Listed as one of the top 15 prospects in the Midlands by SuperPrep ... Listed as a SuperPrep All-American as one of the top 25 linebackers in the nation... High school coach was Gary Heyde.
 Played and graduated from the University of Illinois as a Linebacker.



Jarmelle “Bullet” Frazier
